Peer Review Process

Double-Blind Peer Review Process

At Panorama International: A Peer-Reviewed Multidisciplinary Journal, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic publishing through a fair, transparent, and rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review Process. Every manuscript submitted to the journal is evaluated solely on its originality, scientific quality, methodological soundness, relevance, and contribution to the advancement of knowledge.

The peer review system guarantees the anonymity of the authors and reviewers, which helps to ensure impartial reviews and editorial decisions.

1. Manuscript Submission

All authors submit their manuscripts via the journal submission system with all necessary information and supporting documents.

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
  • Submissions should comply with the journal's author guidelines.
  • Authors must provide complete and accurate submission details.

2. Initial Editorial Screening

The editorial team conducts a preliminary evaluation of a manuscript upon receipt.

In this stage, the manuscript is assessed for:

  • Relevance to the journal's scope
  • Originality and research significance
  • Compliance with submission guidelines
  • Language quality and formatting
  • Ethical publishing standards
  • Plagiarism screening

Manuscripts which fail to satisfy the journal's minimum requirements will either be returned to the author for revision or rejection prior to peer review.

3. Double-Blind Peer Review

Manuscripts which achieve editorial screening go on to independent subject experts for double blind peer review.

During this process:

  • The identities of authors remain confidential.
  • Reviewer identities are also kept confidential.
  • Reviewers evaluate the manuscript objectively based on academic merit.
  • Multiple reviewers may be assigned depending on the subject area.

The review will be on:

  • Originality and novelty
  • Research methodology
  • Data accuracy and interpretation
  • Literature review and references
  • Clarity of presentation
  • Conclusions and overall contribution to the field

4. Reviewer Recommendations

Once reviewers have evaluated the article, they give their detailed comments and suggestions to the editorial staff.

Possible recommendations include:

  • Accept without changes
  • Accept with minor revisions
  • Major revisions required
  • Reject the manuscript

Feedback from the reviewers is provided to the authors that can help them improve the manuscript.

5. Author Revision

When revisions are requested, authors are invited to revise their manuscript, using the comments of the reviewers.

Authors should:

  • Address each reviewer comment carefully.
  • Highlight or explain all revisions made.
  • Resubmit the revised manuscript within the specified timeline.

When needed, revised manuscripts can be returned to the reviewers for further consideration.

6. Final Editorial Decision

The final decision to publish is made by the Editor-in-Chief/editorial board after taking account of the reviewers' comments and the revised manuscript.

The manuscript can be:

  • Accepted for publication
  • Accepted after final minor corrections
  • Returned for additional revisions
  • Rejected if it does not meet the journal's publication standards

Academic quality and reviewers' recommendations are the sole basis for editorial decision.

7. Copyediting and Production

After the manuscript has been accepted it enters the production stage.

This includes:

  • Language editing and proofreading
  • Formatting according to journal standards
  • Final quality checks
  • Author approval (if applicable)
  • Preparation for online publication

8. Online Publication
