Article Processing Charge (APC)

At Panorama International: A Quarterly Peer Reviewed Journal, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient publication process. To support editorial management, manuscript processing, peer review, production, online publication, website maintenance, and long-term accessibility of published articles, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable for accepted manuscripts.

When the peer-review process is successful, and a manuscript is accepted for publication, the APC is charged. No charges will be made for submitting articles, nor will be charges made at submission time.

• Initial manuscript screening and editorial assessment
• Double-blind peer-review management
• Editorial coordination and communication
• Copyediting and formatting
• Final proofreading and quality checks
• Online publication of the accepted article
• Long-term digital archiving and accessibility
• Journal website maintenance and publication management

How to Make Payment?

After your manuscript is accepted, please follow these steps to complete the Article Processing Charge (APC) payment:

1. Receive the Acceptance Letter: The editorial office will send an official acceptance notification along with the APC invoice.
2. Review the Payment Details: Carefully verify the publication fee, payment instructions, and reference information provided in the invoice.
3. Complete the Payment: Make the payment using the approved payment method(s) specified by the journal, such as bank transfer or other available online payment options.
4. Share the Payment Proof: After completing the transaction, send the payment receipt or transaction confirmation to the journal's official email address for verification.
5. Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is verified, the editorial office will confirm receipt and begin the final production and publication process.

Note: Authors should not make any payment before receiving the official acceptance letter and APC invoice from the editorial office.

• No fee is charged for manuscript submission or peer review.
• Authors will receive payment instructions after receiving the official acceptance letter.
• Publication begins after the APC payment has been successfully confirmed.

Refund Policy

Before the start of the review process, authors are encouraged to carefully submit their manuscript for review.

• The APC is non-refundable once the manuscript has been accepted and the publication process has started.
• Refund requests will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and in accordance with the journal's policies.
