At Panorama International: A Peer-Reviewed Multidisciplinary Journal, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient publication process. To support editorial management, manuscript processing, peer review, production, online publication, website maintenance, and long-term accessibility of published articles, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable for accepted manuscripts.
When the peer-review process is successful, and a manuscript is accepted for publication, the APC is charged. No charges will be made for submitting articles, nor will be charges made at submission time.

Payment Policy
- APC is payable only after the manuscript is accepted.
- No fee is charged for manuscript submission or peer review.
- Authors will receive payment instructions after receiving the official acceptance letter.
- Publication begins after the APC payment has been successfully confirmed.
Refund Policy
Before the start of the review process, authors are encouraged to carefully submit their manuscript for review.
- The APC is non-refundable once the manuscript has been accepted and the publication process has started.
- Refund requests will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and in accordance with the journal's policies.
